General Information
- Pay all your fees by 15th May 2010, and not only will you be eligible for the EARLY BIRD discount, but you will ALSO go into the draw to WIN an Atlas Hockey Stick (proudly sponsored by Hockey International)
- Juniors: PLAY FEE FREE!! You will receive 25% discount off your fees for each "new player" you bring to play at the Club (up to a maximum of 100% off your fees!).
- You can now pay your fees electronically (bank transfer from phone / internet banking etc...) directly out of your bank account! If you wish to do this, you must first contact the registrar for your membership number, then you must use your membership number in the reference field of your transfer (so we know it is you!). You must also ensure you have submitted a registration form to the registrar

Notes:
- You can now also Fax your completed registration form to us on (08) 9463 7870. Please select the "high resolution" option on your fax machine when faxing.
- Please note that in 2009 Junior grades were changed by HockeyWA to match school years.
